At Pornhub Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your streetwear; if your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel and swimwear are final sale and cannot be returned.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

Attach the Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
